Drafting & Design Service:
For as little as $1.00 @ sq. ft., you can get exactly the building you want !

Send us your thoughts, ideas, sketches, photos and any other pertinent information. We in turn, will provide you with 5 complete sets of drawings, easily understood and quotable by the contractor of your choice.

Along the way, you will receive preliminary design drawings for your input, alterations and/or changes (as often as required), within reason.

All of this can be done by Fax. or Mail.......... Mail being advisable, enabling us to send you full size 1/4" scale drawings.

Calculate the square footage of your Shed, Cabin, Cottage or House. Enclose all of your sketches, thoughts, ideas and any photographs you might have with a check for 50% of the total fee.

Calculate the fee:

$1.00 a Square Foot (Main living areas, Heated space.)

.50¢ a Square Foot (Garages, Porches, & Unfinished Basements.)

In approximately 2-3 weeks you will receive the first set of preliminary drawings for your review and alteration. Note, these first sets of preliminary drawings will be focused on the floor plans. It's pointless to work on exterior drawings, or any other drawings until we get your final approval on the floor plans.

After all preliminary drawings are approved, your design is ready for final plotting and printing. You will receive:

5 SETS OF DRAWINGS, CONTAINING: 1/4" Scale Foundation/Footing Plan 1/4" Scale Basement plan (If Required) 1/4" Scale Floor Plans 1/4" Scale Front Elevation 1/4" Scale Right Side Elevation 1/4" Scale Rear Elevation 1/4" Scale Left Side Elevation Building Section or Wall Section Roof Plan Where Required Electrical Layout

NOTE: THERE IS A MINIMUM DRAFTING/ DESIGN FEE OF $400.00.

IMPORTANT NOTES / FAQs:

• We are a Design/Drafting firm, not an Architectural firm. If the area you are building in requires a state seal/stamp you should contact a local Architect. Check with your building department.

• We will not design pier foundations.

• We do not include a material list. Take a set of plans to your building supply dealer. They should be more than happy to list the materials and give you a price for those materials.

• We stay fairly busy all the time. Call for an exact time frame.
